Time promised was met. Cost was exactly as estimated to the penny. The courtesy shuttle is a added bonus! Friendly and professional. Thought I would give them a try - a great decision. Everyone was informative, curtious and polite. I dropped my truck off at closing time. The response time to evaluate my truck was done the next morning. I was told what needed to be done and they repaired what I wanted done, without any pressure.

I brought my car in after being told by another shop that I had a significant leak in an axle seal, and it needed to be repaired asap. I wanted a 2nd opinion. Not only did Richard take my car in without an appointment, he also asked me to look at it with him. They found a slight seepage, not the big leak I'd expected. They cleaned off the grease and told me to come back in a week to re-check it. The quote for the repair, if needed, came in over $40 less than the other place. I'm very satisfied with the service I received and would not hesitate to refer others to Honest-1.

Mike at the front desk is awesome. He is professional, friendly, and takes the time to explain everything. He actually showed me a video on his phone of what my car was doing when they were working on it. Very cool! The waiting area has a comfortable seating area with a TV, complimentary drinks, a play area for the kids, and (I think) free wifi. They also have a shuttle service (complimentary) if you don't want to wait at the shop. I have visited here a few times in the past few months and have always left happy. I highly recommend this shop!

Great customer service, timely repair, and awesome shuttle service. Waiting area is top notch…better than my previous dealership's hands down. Because of this and their military discount, I am definitely returning for all my car repairs.

I was wanting to find an auto service store that was excellent and honest. Like most of us I had no idea how to do that, even if one existed. Then I got a card in the mail from this new store in town, complete with coupons. It looked promising so I checked out the web site and the reviews in particular. Based on the positive reviews I read I decided to give them a try. Glad I did. Service was great and the staff was very friendly and hospitable, especially Miguel and Richard. I like the warranty that came with the work too. The shuttle service, coupon, and surprise gift were very nice touches too. My thumbs up to this store and they are now my auto service store of choice and I give them my recommendation for sure.
