Absolutely loved the experience I had at this shop. My break line snapped as I was going to work. One of the employees helped get it to the shop and fixed it within 48 hours! Quoted and payed a very reasonable price . I really appreciate the care that went into fixing my old, pretty rusty car. Everyone I spoke to was very easy going and nice. They did exactly what they said they'd do with my car. I plan on going to this shop again in the future.

I feel guilty I haven’t rated this repair shop before, they are absolutely one of the best mechanics I have ever dealt with. They go out of their way to help customers, having squeezed me in twice, once during the height of the holiday season. They have never charge extra for these emergencies and never upsell. You hear so many negative things about mechanics, Honest Auto deserves to be recognized for the superior service they provide. I can honestly say that I always feel safe following their recommendations and absolutely know that they will only recommend what is necessary and in the customer’s best interests. They are fast, pay close attention to detail, and treat your car as though it was their own. Highly recommend, I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I had a great experience here. I had an electrical issue and bought it here for a diagnosis. The gentleman Corey at the front desk was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. The technician Dennis was efficient, detailed and provided multiple recommendations based off his experience. I will certainly be using them again.

John and Cory are awesome! John was our mechanic and he went above and beyond for us and for other customers. He gave us great detail of his findings of our vehicle. Cory and John were a awesome work great customer service 👏🏽
