Stellar service! Called with a headlight out that I needed fixing ASAP. John told me to come in now. Was met by Corey, who had the replacement bulb in hand. Corey had it working in 5 minutes, and only charged me for the bulb. WOW.

I was scheduled for a pre purchase inspection of a vehicle. The mechanic drove the car and made suggestions about the potential purchase. As a result I declined the full Inspection and didnt buy the vehicle. The expertise and skill of the mechanic was far beyond expectations and saved me not only the cost of a full inspection but a potential mistake in a vehicle purchase. My entire experience with Honest 1 was exceptional from my initial call through leaving their business. Fantastic business!!

This was the first time I have gone to Honest-1 Auto Care. I appreciated the personal care and honesty that I received.

I usually take my vehicles here for service and repairs. Recently, I took one of them to another shop for an inspection and they wanted to fail it because of a crack in the windshield. They then recommended a place to get a new windshield. I brought it to HAC for a second opinion where they showed me the criteria for passing/failing windshield cracks, showed me that mine was right on the line for pass/fail based on the length of the crack, and said that at that point it's up to the inspector's discretion whether to pass or fail it. They passed it and saved me the cost of a new windshield because they actually took the time and care to treat me with personal attention. And I can't help but think the other place was just trying to send me to "their" windshield place even though they could have passed mine if they wanted to. I definitely recommend HAC for all your car care needs!

I will 100% continue to take my vehicle here. They were super friendly, never “mansplained” anything to me, and had quick service. They didn’t push any fixes on me, and even showed me thing to consider getting fixed in the future. Really good experience over all!

This place is awesome, Corey in the office was absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and great attitude. Jared changed my oil and made sure I was good for my road trip. They are doing great work at this place. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved the experience I had at this shop. My break line snapped as I was going to work. One of the employees helped get it to the shop and fixed it within 48 hours! Quoted and payed a very reasonable price . I really appreciate the care that went into fixing my old, pretty rusty car. Everyone I spoke to was very easy going and nice. They did exactly what they said they'd do with my car. I plan on going to this shop again in the future.
