Recommendations are clearly stated in their estimates & they also provide pictures and video of services performed. Took all of our Subarus there for routine maintenance and will be returning from here on out. Don't waste your time at the dealership. These are professional, certified mechanics who will go above & beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied.
