Honest 1 Auto Care in Fredericksburg Va really is HONEST! My husband brought our 06 Jetta GLI there bc of VW glitches and needed to be reset so we could pass inspection due to an airbag fault. We had previously bought a driver side harness to fix all other problems which is a long and frustrating story. However, we fixed everything except for air bag fault glitch as we couldn't. Honest 1 auto care was "HONEST" and gave paper work showing results were indeed a glitch as we had previously told VW in Fredericksburg who wanted to charge us 109 just for diagnostic. Honest 1 Care told us 90 we'd pay and we ended up only paying $67.28. They will have all my future business! They are professional, empathetic, and most importantly TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST!

Honest 1 Auto Care did an excellent job on diagnosing the problem and fixing my car in a timely manner. The gentleman named Richard was extremely knowledgeable as well as recommending some things I could do myself to see if the problem could be fixed prior to them taking my car in for service. I would recommend this company for all your car problems. They are very courtesy and explain everything before starting any work

Service was great and in a timely manner, especially since I did not have an appointment. I did ask for inspection and an oil change and they forgot to do my oil change, but my inspection ended up needing a lot of work so I think they forgot about the oil change with all the other work. I was not disappointed, and I will go back again.

My problem was diagnosed and corrected. Honest-1 went the extra mile to fix my blower fan. Although it was under warranty, the problem was a faulty heater which I expected to pay. However, Honest-1 did not charge and the work has held since.

Return visit to correct a problem that reoccurred after an initial visit to fix. Service was quick and I was not charged. The problem, however, reoccurred on the way home.
