The service was great as usual, my only concern was at the end of the transaction the Customer Service clerk assured that I would receive my Military discount and that the tech would re-install my spare tire (doughnut) beneath the vehicle. To my dismay neither of these were completed, so I was slightly disappointed. Besides that, the team took care of my concerns with my flat tire. I am still happy to bring my vehicles to Honest for good service and quality work!

I love this shop! They have taken such good care of me since day one. Any questions I have, they happily do the research for me and help me to make the best choice. Mike and Richard are always a joy to work with. I KNOW my car is in good hands!
