This is the best place to take your vehicles. They are always courteous on time and friendly. The work is always above and beyond. I recommend them all the time and would not take my vehicles anywhere else.

First time at the shop today. I called & they got me in right away for an oil change. The price was the same as I had priced at other places. The waiting area is very clean, well stocked with reading material, plenty of seating and very spacious with a TV. They have a great little kids area too. The customer bathroom is like going into a fancy hotel. . . one of the only 'mechanic shop' bathrooms I've every been impressed with. Friendly staff & only took about an hour. Instead of waiting, I walked to the grocery store next door. Killed 2 birds with 1 stone this morning. :) I will be back to this shop for any more work I need done.

Great customer service

This was my first service by Honest One, and it was very friendly and thorough. They answered my questions satisfactorily. The cost was similar to services by the auto dealer, but the ease of scheduling was much easier. Waiting environment was clean and neat. I will be using them again.

Honest-1 Auto Care provides great service. Everyone is professional and courteous. All work is explained in detail before being completed and it is always completed on time. The waiting area is clean and comfortable as well. Honest-1 is a great business that provides great service.

I liked that it was first come first serve. The staff was really friendly and professional. The waiting area is large and open and they have a kids corner area. Over all best place here in Virginia so far!

I was very satisfied with my visit. Extremely clean place, and very nice and comfortable sitting area. I will diffinitely go back again. The young man who waited on me was extremely courteous and helpful. I thought they did my oil change very fast !! Just extremely pleased with my visit there. Thank you !!
