BEWARE!!!! DONT RISK YOUR LIFE!!!!The 20-year-old mechanic is not who you want working on your car. I watched him struggle for hours, that I am being charged for and he still couldn't figure out what to do. The owner offered a discount but never gave me a discount. They violate the Virginia Automobile Repair Facilities Act. The act is in place to provide customers a fair and ethical guideline so that repair shops like this don't take advantage of us. DON'T RISK YOUR SAFETY!!!!

I take my car here for regular maintenance and repairs, and Ive never had any issues. Andrew is very professional and goes above and beyond.

We have used Honest Auto1 for many years and are VERY happy with their quick and honest service of our vehicle. The folks there are friendly and considerate! They returned a credit card that dropped between our car seats that we didn't even know we lost! Under the new management and very, very honest. They do not do work that is not necessary. We are very thankful! We are definitely going to keep coming back to Honest 1 Auto to service our Audi.

I’ve been taking my car here since I moved to the area in 2022. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The best thing for me personally is that they do not try to sell me things I do not need or scare me into buying something I do not want, unlike other places I have gone before. They also take the time to explain the issue so I can feel comfortable spending money. Will continue to come here for all my auto needs - Taylor
