Spotsylvania Auto Repair

I'm a new customer that heard about Honest-1 from a friend. I showed up without calling ahead for a state inspection and to check my tire alignment. The lobby was clean. The front desk was courteous and quick to help me. Service was done in a little over an hour. I will be coming back again.

Went for a routine inspection, they were very timely. After the inspection they were able to squeeze me in that day to get the necessary maintenance completed for me to pass, they even gave me a complimentary ride home and later picked me up so I didn't have to wait there all day!

Originally, I had taken my truck to Firestone for a quick inspection, and they told me to come back on monday.. not happening. I called honest 1 in their parking lot to see if they had any slots. Once taken to shop, only thing that was to fail me for inspection was my front pads/rotors. They offered for me to either do it myself to save a bit of money (which I didnt do, I dont have optimal conditions at home to do this) or, they were able to take care of it today. Its Saturday. Had my job done in minimal time. They took me home and brought me back. Phenomenal customer service and clean shop! By the way, I only paid 183$ in labor for this. Not bad if you ask me. Keep up the good work!

This guys were super friendly, they saved he day I sadly waited until the last minute to do my inspection and I called and they got me in and I was ot I twenty minutes after my appointment will be back thanks again

Friendly check in for a needed oil change with filter. In and out about 30 minutes, 45 minutes I was on my way.

Its like you read my mind! You appear to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do with a few pics to drive the message home a bit, but other than that, this is magnificent blog. An excellent read. I will certainly be back.
