Service staff is extraordinary, the lobby & shop are always spotless ( the rest room is simply gorgeous), warranty is 36k or 3yrs nationwide & they have one of the best rewards programs in the market! They don't just repair vehicles, the maintain them while building relationships with their customers, I 100% would recommend this shop....... they also work with 9 out of 10 extended warranty companies, and deferred payments programs to which you can apply for 6-12 months at their location 😉

The place was nice, neat and clean inside. I felt my bill was higher than I'd expected. The use of a wet/dry vac as just a courtesy would have been nice. Left a tool on the passenger seat of my car when I was ready to leave...which I returned. I didn't feel the employees were all that friendly. Not sure I'll come back in the future.

I called to make an appointment for an oil change one day. It was set up for later on that evening. Something came up so I had to call back & reschedule it. The guy that answered was extremely friendly & even remembered my name. The oil change the next day was speedy & very affordable to my surprise. They even let me know that I would need to replace my rear brakes soon. They are my go-to place from here on out! Great Job Honest-1 Auto Care!
