Car trouble... Uuuhhhgg We all cringe when it happens. Right? But let me tell you my cringe turned into a very positive experience. My lil Ford was having issues.Time off on a business day is rare for me so when I had a day I popped in just as they opened.Sean was absolutely amazing. He was able to get MJ look at it later in the day. Of course it wasn't a simple fix but we talked it out and I dropped it off the next day for service. Both gentlemen listened to me, acknowledged what I had to say and me feel valued and cared for. In my experience, auto shops treat women like idiots. Absolutely not the case here. I knew that they truly cared and wanted to make it right. The next day not only did my lil Ford get her attitude adjusted but the owner picked me up from my office and brought me to the shop. She was warm and a joy to talk with. The service provided by Honest 1 is impeccable. I will be referring my clients and friends to them. Nobody likes having car troubles but I know that when I do I have a dependable, personable and trustworthy place to take her. Thank you Honest 1 and team. 🥰

Took my car there today for a second opinion on a failed inspection. The reason for the failure for rear brakes from the other shop did not sound right on a pretty low miles car. Explained to Honest 1 the reason given for the failure and they looked at the pictures provided by the other shop, got the car on the lift and showed me the brakes. Basically, the other shop was full of @^$@ and it should not have been failed. I appreciated the honest inspection and explanation. I will be back.

I visited this location to get my car inspected. I didn’t have an appointment, however, Sean found a way to squeeze me in between other appointments. I appreciated the awesome customer service! They were thorough and quick!!!! The location is also very clean. Will bring both of my vehicles here moving forward!
