Had the manager Ulysses turn a potentially bad situation into a great and positive experience. The most stand up guy in the car service industry. He made repairs at no cost of my own to right someone else's wrong and kept me on board as a loyal customer for 5 years. Never had any issues or bad dealings as he stands by the name and brand. Any work you need be sure to see and ask for Ulysses before receiving any service.

Honest-1 made me an appointment within a day to get an issue checked out. They took the car in a bit ahead of schedule and got me out the door in record time with my issue fixed and at a very reasonable price. Friendly retired Marine looks over the front desk for the past few years that I’ve used them, he keeps his word and keeps the place on time. That’s a great value to add to good mechanics behind the scenes. A+

I tried to make an appointment with Purvis Ford, and they couldn’t look at the car for over a week. Same with Car Doctor. I called and spoke with Mike and dropped it off the next day. Very good customer service and the have a nice facility and a very clean shop area.
