I’ve been a long time customer here and the new management change has done nothing but gone out their ways to make sure the service is excellent like it was with previous management. I highly recommend you try this new management out to get your vehicle needs handle. Bri and her team are phenomenal and they never have over promised and undelivered me once.

What am I looking for in a car repair? Initially I expect -Straight answers -Initial discussion of what can be expected - Checking before repairs are done -The time line of events _Quick service -High Quality service -Friendly and accommodating POC's -No hard sell "on extras" What happened today? As far as the items I outlined above all were met and surpassed in a highly positive. -Bree and the Technicians blew me away with the setting expectations. I dropped the car off with the expectation of getting a call later today. I was barely home when she called with the evaluation and estimates. She even went about finding a coupon that helped the bill. I was expecting an all day wait but less than two hours later Bree called and said the magic words "it is ready". Driving home I could most certainly noticed difference and felt safe. Would I use Honest1 again.? You betcha!! They made a big expensive repair one of the high points of my day.
