Overall experience was very good. Needed a new battery. They were able to get me taken care of very quickly considering I had no appointment and they were fully booked. Thank you!!!

We recently moved to the Fredericksburg area (Spotsylvania) from out of State. We had to get our vehicles inspected and Honest-1 Auto Care performed the inspections and did a great job! Bree at the front desk and John (one of their mech/s) were really nice people. Good customer service. They also sent out reminders alerting us to our upcoming appointments…which was much appreciated. I think we’ll continue to go to them for our automotive needs. Check them out for yourself…I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
